We’re Strong Minded, a digital agency that helps businesses grow through clear strategy and done-for-you marketing. We’re looking for a Client Success and Business Support Specialist who’s organized, reliable, and great with people.
This part-time role is perfect for someone who likes variety and enjoys seeing projects move from idea to execution. You’ll work directly with clients, help scope projects, keep things running smoothly, and support the team with light marketing and admin work.
You’ll fit right in if you’re a self-starter who likes to learn, values clear communication, and believes in doing what you say you’ll do.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and prospects to understand their goals and recommend the right Strong Minded services
- Prepare proposals, scopes, and invoices, and make sure follow-ups happen on time
- Keep projects organized in Trello and communicate updates with clients and the team
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines so everyone stays on track
- Draft or proof social media posts and help with scheduling when needed
- Support the creation of simple marketing materials and presentations
- Build relationships with local businesses and represent Strong Minded at community or virtual events
- Help streamline internal processes and find better ways to get work done
- Pitch in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring
- Experience in client communication, marketing, or small business operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
- Comfortable explaining creative or technical ideas in simple terms
- Familiar with Trello, Canva, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Curious and eager to learn more about digital marketing (web, SEO, social)
- A team player who takes initiative and follows through
